Do you offer plus sizes or special sizing?
Yes! We’re proud to offer our Big & Tall collection for adults who need special sizing. For children, we carry a full range of sizes from newborn through youth sizes. Each product page includes detailed size charts to help you find the perfect fit.
How do I know if a character outfit is officially licensed?
We clearly mark all officially licensed character clothing in the product description. Some of our items are “inspired by” popular characters rather than officially licensed – these will be described as “character-style” or “theme-inspired” rather than using specific character names.
Are your baby clothes safe for sensitive skin?
We carefully select baby clothing that uses soft, comfortable fabrics. All our baby items meet standard safety requirements, but we recommend washing before first use if your child has particularly sensitive skin.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide to most countries! Currently, we’re unable to ship to some remote areas in Asia and a few other locations. If you’re unsure about your location, feel free to email us at [email protected] before ordering.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two family-friendly shipping choices:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate via DHL/FedEx): 10-15 days after dispatch with tracking
- Free Shipping (orders over $50 via EMS): 15-25 days after dispatch
How can I track my order?
