Our Promise to Your Family
Just as we carefully select each adorable character clothing item in our collection, we’ve designed our returns process to be simple and family-friendly. Whether it’s a Baby Character Clothing item that wasn’t quite right or a Graphic Tee that needs sizing adjustment, we’re here to help!
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Original proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items:
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Baby Accessories (pacifiers, teethers, etc.)
- Hats (all styles)

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges
Special Note for International Families
For our customers outside the US (except Asia and certain remote areas):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Customs fees are non-refundable
