We know you’re excited to receive your character-filled outfits! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your family’s needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Shipped via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders $50+):
    • Shipped via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note for our international families: We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote areas). Customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Our Family-Friendly Returns Policy

We carefully select each character clothing item in our collection, and we want you to love every piece as much as we do! If something isn’t quite right, our returns process is simple and straightforward.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Original proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Baby Accessories (pacifiers, teethers, etc.)
  • Hats (all styles)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Prepare Your Package: Include the original packing slip or order confirmation

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

For our customers outside the US (except Asia and certain remote areas):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
