• Free Shipping: For orders $50+, via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment

4.3 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except to Asia and certain remote areas. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. You’re responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery if items are:

• Unused and unworn
• In original condition with tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health/safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Baby accessories (pacifiers, teethers)
• All hats

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
